Workout
Sprint up jog back 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m then decreasing
3 Rounds of (with
- 10 squats
- 10 lunges
- 5 burpees
- 10 high knees (10 each side!).
- 10 crunches
— 1 min break if req’d - 10 knee to elbow
- 90 sec plank
- 10 push ups
- 10 triceps dips
— 1 min break if req’d
1 km cool down jog
