Pre-Season Training

When: 6pm Tuesdays

Where: Western Pavilion

All welcome. Bring a bottle of water.  If you can’t make it or want to get a head start here is the workout!  See you there peeps!

Workout

Sprint up jog back 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m then decreasing

3 Rounds of (with 

  • 10 squats
  • 10 lunges
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 high knees (10 each side!).
  • 10 crunches
    — 1 min break if req’d
  • 10 knee to elbow
  • 90 sec plank
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 triceps dips
    — 1 min break if req’d

1 km cool down jog
